Yeah, I feel a little nauseous now.

I don’t know who’s most deserving of a skelp on the lug – the obnoxious brat or the idiotic parent?
Why would anyone put an immature, tantrumming adolescent behind the wheel of a killing machine?
Kids like that should be sent somewhere in the third world to learn to be useful, humble and bloody grateful for what they have.
* think I’d better go and lie down in a darkened room now 😳

Who is the audience for a show like this? Paris Hilton wannabes? Or people with a lick of sense who like to feel enraged for entertainment? The guy is right, it is stuff like this that makes Al Qaida hate North America…

Well, that might help strike a blow for progressive politics. Solid evidence for why we (in the US) need a much more heavily progressive taxation plan?

I’m with Teuchter.
What a horrid girl, and what a stupid mother. Especially since, once that spoilt brat gets out into the real world she’ll have no real friends and no real character to aid her in life. I foresee a life of multiple marriages, early plastic surgery, endless cycles of rehab and a daughter of her own who will undoubtedly repay her a thousand fold…

i stumbled on this show accidently – and i believe the commentator (brilliant, by the way) is dead right when he says it’s designed to make us say WTF?!?!
yeah, rational, thinking citizens of our country will gawk, recoil in horror and distance ourselves from the behavior, but what can we do to change this? has it gone too far?
when we start our children out in strollers, running through the malls as we shop for recreation (i won’t go into that rant), we are training them for this – just to a lesser extreme. the show captures the worst manifestations of this ‘material greed’ and an associated sense of entitlement that i’ve seen…
