It is officially COLD here in Sevilla. Had to take out the winter duvet last night and wheel the portable radiator into the living room (which the cats love). So that’s it. Winter weather has hit Sevilla. Trying to hold off on the central heating but not sure how long I can last. I feel a bit like this pigeon I came across today, huddled in the corner of a church doorway taking shelter from the wind. Brrrr…

It’s very cold in the UK midlands – 4 degrees c at the moment. My central heating is on, my electric blanket is on, I’ve bought some new wellies with a fur lining…Brr indeed.

Lousy weather: dark all day, cold, windy, and raining – but we’re grateful the snow hasn’t reached the lower regions yet.
