
It’s been a week since I found out I was an accepted member of the Academy Sevillana de Gastronomía y Turismo, and what a week it’s been. Two of us are newbies this year, me and Paco Ybarra (below). We have both been welcomed with open arms all over the Academy’s social media (and by personal messages) and it’s been lovely. Time to get to work!
