Pip was feeling a bit under the weather this past weekend, so yesterday I taxied over to her place with a prepared lunch, including a roasted chicken, basmati rice pilau and an impromptu onion sauce.  The idea was to keep up with our weekly “baby step” planning thing, and we did end up getting those steps sorted out for both of us. But we also ended up doing a bit of gardening and playing various games that only an almost-five-year-old can think up. As well as watching a bit of Spongebob …

Anyhow, it was a lovely afternoon and as I was cycling home afterwards I thought about how rich & happy my life is now because I know Pip.  And also that little Kidlet. And all of you.

Not an especially furry brush in January – in summer I could knit a whole other cat from the fur that collects on the brush.

First a proud auntie photo and now my favourite cartoon … must be Sunday.

But not a lazy Sunday.  I am actually working my butt off trying to get the new Sevilla Tapas blog theme up and running. Had another drunken luncheon highly productive lunch meeting with Pip yesterday and we both sorted out what our “baby steps” were going to be for the upcoming week.  It’s great that it’s become a mutual thang … since we both need motivating and organising (well, who doesn’t really?).  So stay tuned for future wonderfulness happening at an az blog near you!

Meanwhile, I snibble Azar like this several times a day (Sunny is more doggy and prefers simple cuddling). I personally think that snibbling is its own reward, but if it helps out karma-wise …  hey, bonus!  🙂
