Don’t get me wrong, I happily chug down an occasional ice-cold (preferably -2ºC) caña secure in the knowledge that I won’t actually be able to taste it. It’s that icy thirst-slaking throat experience I crave. And then after a couple of gulps (and after taking my Beer O’clock pic) I hand the rest of my beer over to Peter. Anyhow why flavour something most people are happiest not tasting? The mind reels.
