It seems the BLT has gone from being my favourite summer sandwich to simply being my favourite sandwich. I mean, it’s got everything! An entire meal in a toasted seedy sourdough bun. BUT I realise that I have to limit myself to one a week, otherwise I might be making them all the time. So… something to look forward to. Is there anything you feel you have to limit?

Thanks Deb! Should keep me going for awhile.
Great timing too as that other jar I found is almost gone.
