This is the second time I’ve participated in the Sherry Week zoom session featuring pairings of delicious sherry wines with delicious products from Cádiz. Us lucky participants received a lovely gift package a few days before the presentation so we could follow along. Fave sherry this year was the gorgeous La Honda amontillado and the totally surprise food item were the mushy tagarninas (google it) in a jar that looked like cat food (blue bowl) but tasted like veggie heaven. Really all of it was totally tasty and it was great to take part again.
