Well, how would you define it?
Suitable for a cupboard? Those plates and saucers are all cupboardy, but the large vase just doesn’t fit?

No, sillybilly, that would be cupboardly. Cupboardy would refer to something that was like a cupboard. As in … “Are you sure that’s a wardrobe? It looks more cupboardy to me”.
