… just hanging out and doing this and that.
Mostly it’s all about being together, eating good food, drinking nice wine, talking, laughing and feeling good. Pipocas joined us for lunch at La Estrella on Monday and again at casa az yesterday after having a massage next door (La J is a masseuse). I mentioned elsewhere that I think the chemistry between the four of us is quite amazing and we’re all really looking forward to the day trip to Córdoba that we have planned for Friday.
It’s so much fun being ‘on holiday’ with zoomer. There he is during lunch yesterday … later on in the evening we got together again to watch the premiere of the fifth season of House on tv. With more snacks and wine. It’s like having extra family around, which is a very comfy feeling. And I can tell that Nog is also really enjoying having zoomer around again. The only possibly scary bit is that I may be forced to go watch a football match on Sunday … eep!
FIRST->told u im addicted!!
im glad to read that ur enjoying ur company and having fun. keep the good times rolling and the smiles plastered. the smiles, not u; with all that wine-drinking

I loathe all sports, but a football match seems a small price to pay for good company. Just keep on keeping on.

Of course by football I mean soccer, Silverstar. According to my friend Pablo, the game here on Sunday should be a good one as the two teams (Real Bétis and Deportivo de La Coruña) are quite exceptional. I was thinking of borrowing the USB internet gadget from Pipocas and taking my laptop with me … 😉
I’m going to need a serious detox period after zoomer leaves, DKL. Lots of green tea and broccoli. But not today.

is that pasta in the HUGE bowl?

Yeah, it’s penne and mushrooms in a sundried tomato pesto sauce. There’s more than half of it left over – want some?
We also had one of your favourites – my famous arrugula salad. And goat cheese & black olive paste baguettes, which I showed zoomer how to make.
Today he is taking us out for tapas at Enrique Becerra. Will think of you as we have the bacalao in filo pastry. 🙂

I know what you´re all thinking ‘What a small fork for such a big guy’. My thoughts exactly.
By the way, the bacalao was fanfreakin’tastic. 🙂

A small fork means that you work off calories while eating the same amount…. Fact!
It is like those broken chocolate bars you buy in the bulk section…. half as many calories for the same bar because you have to reach into the bag so many times.

Is that the only thing you do in Sevilla? 😉
