Love that everyone is so excited – I heard a Madre Mia in the background there, too.
Where I grew up, we used to hope for snow, because it had to warm up to snow.
I love watching snow fall too. And even seeing fresh snow on the ground. But I’ve seen more than enough snow to last me a lifetime. When I was a kid it used to last from October until May.
What’s cool is that these people may have never seen snow falling in their whole lives.
None of it stayed on the ground here, but I read that the schools are closed in Madrid today.
Hell we get SNOW and I STILL love watching it snow… The more snow, the more I like it! My favourite snow is those HUGE snowflakes the size of bread and butter plates. Huge, fluffy, soft flakes. And, while others may complain, I love a good snowstorm or blizzard.
Mamma mia! they’re excited aren’t they?

55 years? Did any of it stick?
I love snow. That doesn’t mean I’m ready to move back to Minnesota, but I love watching snowfall.

We aren’t so happy and excited around here when we see that white stuff coming down. . . Fun to hear people so excited.

Oops, for got to answer this. I’m not sure, but I think it was about 5cm. The airport was also shut down for awhile.

Not far outside Seville the snow actually stayed on the ground. Good thing it didn’t here because I don’t own any boots!
