Those look very tasty. So do the Spanish particularly like the cheeks of a pig? Here in Hong Kong, the favored parts include pork neck and knuckle… and organs like kidney and liver are considered delicacies by some too. 🙂
I was out on a tapas tour on Friday and convinced one of the two guys to try these; the other shuddered and said no. Then after they came he had a taste and loved them!
