Saw the first local asparagus of the season in the market the other day and snapped some up immediately. So fresh and delicious. Today I fancied it again and ended up making a lovely tortilla, which would have had a lot more asparagus in it had CERTAIN CATS IN THIS HOUSE not eaten so much of it…

She was totally crazed, spinning around the kitchen like a maniac as soon as she got a whiff of the asparagus steaming. I’m going to have to start buying double the amount.
