We, of course, use veggie bacon, which isn’t an air fry item, but that’s what we had last night, in tortilla wraps, with bean and chopped vegetable salad on the side. Definitely a house fave.

BLT with English style bacon (back bacon not streaky) is a favourite…from work days I like Liver pate, crispy bacon and caramelised onions on whole meal bread or the good old fashioned Marks and Spencer classic, prawn mayonnaise…with lettuce please!
