Sleeping in.
Had ” one of those nights” when I fell asleep past sunrise. Now, after coffee, toast, morning paper and cat cuddling I might be ready to face the day.
…or maybe I should have some more coffee…

Remember how we used to dance? Well I danced all night. Our life long friend Brent Parkin plays the best blues, swing, jazz guitar in Canada. Only a few more gigs before he leaves to spend the winter in Playa del Carmen with Laura. His latest album is Brent Parkin Vintage Rhythm. Check it out!! Buy a tune or two or heck buy the whole cd, CD Baby! Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and so lots of get togethers with friends and family over food this long weekend. And if you haven’t heard we’ve already had a snowstorm!! Last weekend grass fires all over the prairies, small towns evacuated and then two days ago snow. Stopped the fires! It’s all clear now for another month or so. Still loven’ it. Of course I go to Mexico every March for a break too!
