A really pleasant day weather-wise. Moved some logs closer to the house for burning. Went shopping for some new cycling gear (part of the get/keep fit campaign). Then did our longest cycle ride of the year ( and far and away the longest since the attack) @ 19 miles including quite a long, steep hill quite close to home. While it wasn’t easy, it was nothjing like as bad as I feared, so things are still progressing.
Well, it was a bit taxing, but it is nice countryside around here and not to much of it was on main roads. I think the spin classes may have helped as well.
Not in sandals. Autumn has hit us, so walking the dog is a case of gore-tex all over… Our daughter is in Málaga, though – by the looks of it, she’s fine with sandals 🙂
Hi Cobbleston, and welcome!
I always wear sandals as long as possible, which may only be until Thursday when temps go down to 21º with rain.
Your daughter is in my second favourite Spanish city!

I like the look of that walk!

I like the sound of that bike ride!
My rides on The Bike at the gym aren’t nearly as interesting.
