Today is World Tapas Day – Día Mundal de la Tapa – which takes place every 16th of June. This year it was accompanied by a petition to have the Tapeo recognised by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Here is the link if you would like to go and show support for that.
