Delicious! I love the cod in a squid ink batter, looks spectacular!

That one is exceptional, though we thought it shouldn’t have been served on a black plate.
The one just above it was also amazing – grilled duck liver in pedro ximenez sauce and caramalised onions.
Heck, it was all good!

SOMEDAY I will get there and do that with you. Eating my way through a country with a great guide is my idea of heaven.
