I’m not sure if the right words exist, but so many people have feelings about these issues and it would feel trite to say something formulaic, but what else can I do?
My thoughts are with you – and Pat’s family come to that.

That’s a wonderful picture, probably a good way to remember Pat. Thanks to you, many people who wouldn’t otherwise have been aware of her existence are now thinking about her and being “glad” the end wasn’t too drawn-out.

I swiped that picture off Pat’s Facebook page. I actually don’t know the history of it, but that’s Pat with her beloved Madison and I think it’s gorgeous.
