Soooooo busy!
This is a quick glimpse of round two from this afternoon’s Tapeo Extremo, with round three coming up this evening. It’s been quite a day, especially after round one last night ending so late, but have just had a refreshing shower and a change of clothes and I’m ready to go again. Will be meeting @AnnieBennet in about half an hour. Gotta run!

Too hot to eat at the moment, here. We will be having homemade ice cream with fresh fruit on sponge cake for dessert, later.
Oddly enough, though there is no coconut in it, the ice cream has the taste and texture of coconut. Very odd… Good, though!

Life is back to normal today as the whirlwind that is Annie Bennett makes her way back to Madrid. What a great couple of days we had, all thanks to that “waste of time” Twitter thang, which is where we met.
Annie is a travel writer and was on assignment here, so all that gorgeous food and drink was “on account”, which was nice. Especially the post-lunch cava in the patio of the Alfonso XIII Hotel yesterday – a treat I am not likely to experience again for a very long time.
And now … back to work!
