Last night I was invited to attend the launch of a new intimate venue at the Museo del Baile Flamenco. The room is long and low and seats 45 people in two rows, so there isn’t a bad seat in the house. And as you can see, there is also no stage (making it difficult to take photos) but I enjoyed the cosy ambiance. I also liked that it was totally accoustic – unplugged flamenco! It’s really as close as you can get to a peña with a professional show and I plan to start incorporating it into my Flamenco & Tapas Tours.

It was time to turn on the heat this week and get out the winter duvet, though the days are still very sunny and pleasant. Loved finding this fireplace too, not far from home. How’s things where you are?
