As with my recent Cádiz Getaway, my two hotels in Córdoba were very different. First a night of exquisite luxury at the Hotel Balcón de Córdoba (where I stayed with my friend and fellow travel planner Rachel Webb @spaniola). The next night I was on my own at the Hotel Hacienda Posada de Vallina, which was attractive and comfortable. Reviews coming up on Azahar Travels.

It was blustery November weather during our visit to Cádiz, but although it rained a fair bit it always did so when we were comfortably tucked up somewhere inside (lucky!).
