Remember at the beginning of November when I announced We Love Tapas? Well, here are the first two members of my fabulous WLT team: Aldara & Ana. Both born and bred in Sevilla, passionate about food and culture, well-travelled and fluent in several languages. We’ve been having a great time on our “training sessions” as you can see. Tomorrow I have a meeting with my new biz partner who is coming into town for the day. Won’t be long now…
