A few months ago I met RocĂo and Kevin of Bolas Helados while I was doing research for my Bitesize Ice Cream in Sevilla article, and at the time I also suggested a possible visit for the Gastro GuĂas which they were happy to organise. Which happened this week at their brand new production facility just outside Sevilla. It was a great visit with RocĂo giving us a master class in ice cream making along with a history of her company, her concept, her plans… and then we got to taste several of Bolas best. It was also the last visit I will organise for the Gastro GuĂas as I decided to resign as VP after more than three years with my last official day being June 30th. But it was great to go out on a high note.
