Some days my life seriously doesn’t suck and this was one of them.
More coming soon on Bitesize about the Cantabria event in Sevilla.
And no, they never get my name right 😅

Global music icon Rosalía was in Sevilla over the weekend and basically blew the city up. She was invited here by Netflix to perform a short concert set on the river for the latest season of Berlin (which I’ve never seen but whatever). She also visited Casa Morales – again – as you can see in the photo above. On a previous visit in November 2024 (below) she also stopped in to what is clearly a favourite Sevilla bar of hers. Girl has good taste.

… Cruzcampo couldn’t get any worse. Spotted in the UK (photo sent to me by my friend Fiona), SEVILLA ORANGE FLAVOURED BEER. I mean, just why? Don’t get me wrong, I happily chug down an occasional ice-cold (preferably -2ºC) caña secure in the knowledge that I won’t actually be able to taste it. It’s that icy thirst-slaking throat experience I crave. And then after a couple of gulps (and after taking my Beer O’clock pic) I hand the rest of my beer over to Peter. Anyhow why flavour something most people are happiest not tasting? The mind reels.
