I’ve been doing a fun Triana Tapas Tour for a few years now, but recently decided to modify it a bit for We Love Tapas. And so… introducing the new Tasting Triana Tour, which will include a market visit, 3 tapas bars and a relaxed stroll around Triana. First one will be this Saturday!

Walking around Triana I spotted this little family in front of what looked to be an abandoned home (or one that has been closed up for the summer). Mom, the cute calico on the left, was barely bigger than her kittens. And her five little ones just melted my heart. Luckily they were behind a locked gate because I was sorely tempted to take that tiny black one home. I think Morcilla would love to have a kitten of her own…

Every now and then I go to Triana for the day. I know it’s just over the bridge and less than a half hour’s walk from my house, but it does somehow feel like going “out of town”. Will be writing a proper “Day Trip to Triana” blog post soon for We Love Tapas. Stay tuned!
