When I chose a new theme for Sevilla Tapas last month I had no idea how much work it was going to be, as quite a few changes needed to be made. I’ve been very fortunate to have Kim helping me get things set up there and I think her work is almost done, though we keep coming up with more ideas for changes. And so, as if I didn’t have enough to do already, yesterday I decided that the main azahar-sevilla website needed to have a new theme as well…

The other day blog buddy Silverstar mentioned over here that many of my photos are way too red and said “you need to learn to set the white balance on your camera”. The photo she commented under was actually quite orange anyhow, and had been taken at night without a flash, but she had said that many of my photos come out this way … so of course I began to worry! Don’t worry, Silverstar, it’s something that’s concerned me before now, because I’m never sure if my laptop washes out colours since things like my tapas blog tend to look quite different (and often much worse, imho) on other monitors. And this also changes depending on which angle laptop screens are set at.
So because my images are very important to me I am conducting my first ever poll…

So okay, just work with me on this one …
Today I was at the Corte Inglés supermarket with Nog, getting a few things for tomorrow’s “baby step brainstorming” lunch with Pip. Being a Saturday morning the queues were just awful, so I asked Nog if he’d mind waiting in line while I nipped upstairs to have a look at the computers. And ten minutes later I was in love!

I’m so busy these days it’s just crazy!
At last count I have four “jobs” … or at least four projects I’m working on that I hope will turn into money-making ventures. The only one actually bringing in any cashola at the moment is teaching, though since I started back in mid-January I’ve only had three classes a week. I should double that amount next month, with Ricardo and Pilar (from The Team) and maybe Bosco coming back. But even though this is not nearly enough to live on, Pip & I have already decided that the focus for me in February should be Health and New Projects. To wit, I plan on expanding on my morning gym time next week to include working out on the machines a bit after yoga classes (M-W-F) and also starting back with Pilates classes (T-T). Monday to Thursday I’ll have English classes at home between 6-9 pm. And the rest of the time? It looks like I’m going to be crazy busy…
