Met another new Twitter pal last weekend. Olli @CoteDuPy was here last weekend with his sister after spending some time in Jerez, and so we made plans to meet up. And look what he brought me! Amontillado is my favourite “all purpose” sherry. It’s smoother than fino and you can pair it with so many things – really looking forward to trying this baby. From a bodega I haven’t visited (yet). Oh, and we’ve also made plans for a Twitter piss up meet up when I’m in London at the beginning of June, with a few of our mutual Twitter friends. LOVE Twitter…

So you FINALLY get to take a week off for yourself and then end up HAVING to attend a chocolate tasting by one of the finest chocolate producers in the world (Neuhaus), paired with sherries, whisky and brandy from an equally revered house in Jerez (Gonzalez Byass).
