Omg I saw this on Instagram the other day and went… whaaaaat??? I haven’t tried it yet but IF IT WORKS it will be not only a game changer but a goddam life changer. Especially if it also works with cilantro. Will report back.

On Monday afternoon I got hit by a sudden stomach bug (or something!) and have pretty much been in bed since then. I mostly feel exhausted and it’s hard to stay vertical for long and so Nurse Morcilla has been keeping me company in my room. Hope it’s gone by tomorrow because I have a lot on this week and weekend.

The We Love Tapas family continues to grow! Say hola to our latest lovely team members Nell, Mario and Elena. So along with Mila that makes four and I honestly couldn’t be happier with these guys. It’s funny how my WLT team always seems to find me, a bit like cats. Anyhow, there’s still some training to do but I have a good feeling about this new team.

Verema is a fabulous wine event that is held all around Spain. When in Sevilla it takes place at the super posh Alfonso XIII Hotel, with more than 30 wineries in the showroom and several smaller tastings throughout the day. I’d had my invitation for quite some time and then at the last minute decided not to go today. Later when I saw this photo my friend Javi posted on his Instagram I was glad I didn’t. Maybe next year.
